Summer Camp
Who We Are
Poplar Point Camp is a non-denominational Christian camp. We joyfully welcome campers from all Christian denominations and church backgrounds. Our heart is to create a place where kids can grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and experience the love of Jesus in a fun and encouraging environment.
What To Expect
At Poplar Point Camp, campers enjoy the best parts of a traditional sleepaway camp experience. They’ll stay in cabins, share meals in the dining hall, worship together in the chapel, and spend their days playing on the field and swimming in the pool — all in a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment.
What truly makes the week special is the small group experience. Campers journey through the week with the same group, where they are known, accepted, and encouraged in their faith. With caring counselors leading them, they build meaningful friendships and learn how to live out their faith in ways that last long after camp is over.

Our Commitment To Safety
Your child’s safety is a top priority at Poplar Point Camp. During all programmed camps, we take intentional steps to ensure a secure and well-supervised experience for every camper.
Background Checks: All staff members and volunteers undergo background checks before serving at camp.
Trusted Supervision: Responsible, trained adults are placed in every dorm to provide consistent supervision and care for campers.
Dedicated Counselors: Each group of campers will have 2–3 counselors who lead, guide, and support them throughout the week.
Small Group Environment: Campers are placed in small groups that are age- and gender-specific, allowing for meaningful connections, appropriate discussions, and personalized care.
A Safe Place to Grow
From energetic activities to meaningful worship and biblical teaching, everything we do is guided by our desire to create a safe, welcoming environment where campers feel known, valued, and encouraged.
If you have questions or would like additional details about Summer Camp 2026, we would love to connect with you.
We are proud to partner with Prison Fellowship Ministries through their Angel Tree Camping Program. Through this partnership, we are able to provide a full camp experience — completely free (minus a small deposit) — for children who have a parent or step-parent who is incarcerated and are registered as an official Angel Tree child.
In addition, children living in the same household as a registered Angel Tree child are eligible to attend camp at a discounted rate. Even if a child is not registered as an Angel Tree child but has an incarcerated parent or step-parent, they are still eligible to attend camp at a discounted rate.
It is our privilege to help create a place where every child can experience hope, encouragement, and the love of Christ. For more information, please contact Seth at seth@poplarpointcamp.com.
